A deposit of £2,000 to £10,000 secures the property for 2-4 weeks, protecting you from price increases. This amount is deducted from the purchase price but is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed. However, many developers offer the option to transfer the deposit to another property within their portfolio.

You can pay in cash or via bank transfer. Many developers also accept cryptocurrency payments. If you decide on a property on-site, you can reserve it for £2,000–£10,000 for 2-4 weeks (depending on the property and developer). Cash payments are an option, but credit card payments are also possible if you have pre-approved the limit.
